Mazda of Claremont is looking to fill a file clerk position. Job duties will include filing documents and folders. Scanning deals to computer. We are a family owned and operated dealership with opportunities to grow. This is a full time position Monday through Friday.```html

Mazda of Claremont is seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team in Claremont, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining important company documents and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility. This role is essential for supporting smooth office operations and helping the team stay efficient.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
• Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff
• Ensure all files are accurate, up-to-date, and stored in the correct locations
• Assist with data entry and document scanning as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support the office team with general administrative duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in document management or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and office equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
