You will be responsible for managing transformational projects across Business Markets.

Projects will focus on delivering cross-organization and cross-BU strategic initiatives that transform the way people, businesses and systems/tools connect with each other. You will work directly with key stakeholders to successfully coordinate the execution of high priority and transformational project strategies and leading cross-functional teams that will enhance business operational strategy.

The successful execution of your project strategies must directly contribute to our core Objectives & Key Results (OKRs): Customer Experience, Grow Service Revenue, Drive Efficiencies, and Grow Volumes. Maintain end-to-end ownership of multiple complex strategic initiatives/projects simultaneously and organize/prioritize them to meet the needs of Business Markets and deliver a customer centric experience.

Leverage AI tools to maximize PM efficiency. Organize and manage detailed project planners to track progress of key stakeholders and drive accountability to stipulated deliverables and deadlines. Host collaborative core team calls in accordance to project timelines/schedules and drive participant engagement to gain commitment, drive decision making, and complete deliverables that advance projects forward until completion.

Hold cross-organization and cross-BU teams accountable to delivery timelines and update executive leadership on a weekly basis to ensure the proper prioritization is given to operational and sales initiatives. Create effective communication and collaboration vehicles to maintain consistent contact within cross-functional groups as well as teams impacted by ongoing projects and prioritize work based on the overall objectives of Sales and Operations teams.

Deliver strategic initiative support end to end for the Sales Teams, empowering dynamic execution and specialized segment support in all routes to market. Serve as upstream influence for National program improvements to achieve greatest benefits/efficiencies in all routes to market for business customers. Partner with VP and executive level leaders to develop and execute priorities, build executable strategies that drive customer and revenue growth.

What we’re looking for... You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Experience managing large projects. Experience in sales operations.

Verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Experience to multi-task and flex with changing business needs. Experience to lead large cross functional teams with varying levels of participants. Experience to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Experience to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive tight timelines.

Even better if you have one or more of the following: Knowledge of PPM tools, and ability to leverage AI to maximize efficiency. Experience within VBG. PM Certification. Interpersonal and project management skills. Analytical skills. Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.

This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $98,500.00 - $188,000.00.
