Jr High Assistant Boys Basketball Coach - 8th

PRIMARY TASKS & MAJOR ACTIVITIES Provide leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of the Basketball program through coordination, planning, evaluation, and implementation of programs. Responsible for information contained in the Student Activities Procedures Guide and the implementation of the procedures within, as well as MSHSAA and district policies/procedures.

Assist Program Head Coach with planning and preparation for the season, off-season conditioning, equipment management, and other tasks as directed. Be loyal to the school's entire academic program. EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Missouri teaching certificate preferred; previous Basketball coaching experience preferred.

Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan. Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education.
