What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing Serve beer and beverages with accuracy and enthusiasm Educate guests on beer styles, flavors, and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area Open/close tabs and process transactions accurately Monitor guest experience and ensure responsible service Support team members to keep service running smoothly Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Passion for craft beer and guest experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsible and attentive with alcohol service Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy environment Ability to lift up to 165 lbs (kegs, cases, bar supplies) and perform repetitive motions (pouring, reaching, bending) Previous bartending or service experience preferred Work Details Part-time and full-time roles available Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required Hourly + tips Beer knowledge training provided The Fine Print Hangar 24 Craft Brewery is an equal opportunity employer.
