What You'll Be Doing

Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff. Create department schedules and assign duties to housekeeping personnel daily. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff. Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff. Implement and update training programs to improve efficiency and performance Cost Controls with labor, as well as with ordering supplies Assume full departmental responsibility in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper
