Conflicts Analyst

Baker. Hostetler is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join its Intake Services department. The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for conducting conflicts reviews and supporting the clearance process for lateral attorney hires and other new hires. This role researches and analyzes potential conflicts of interest, prepares conflicts reports, coordinates onboarding and matter opening activities for lateral attorneys, and works with attorneys and other Firm stakeholders to facilitate conflict resolution and support compliance with the Firm's ethical and business requirements.

To support the Firm's business needs across multiple time zones, this position requires working West Coast business hours.
