Customer Support Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Administrator to help our support operations run smoothly. You’ll handle admin tasks, keep records up to date, and assist our customer service team to make sure every interaction is smooth and efficient. ++++ Good knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian languages (knowledge of Estonian or Lithuanian language is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Ability to work in shifts. Empathy and understanding - showing clients they truly matter.
