Post Medical Doctor

Job Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Licensed Physician. At least 3 years experience in a post-medical facility. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Knowledge in patient care, health promotion, and clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Operations: Oversee daily medical operations with the Medical Operations Director. Supervise and evaluate Post Medical Doctors and staff. Ensure proper staffing, training, and continuity of operations. Prepare medical reports, referrals, and certifications. Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Telemedicine & PCR: Conduct teleconsultations and issue medical reports/prescriptions. Manage PCR-related consultations and result releases. Ensure medical coverage after office hours when needed. Ship Consultation: Ensure completion of required forms and proper case documentation. Monitor case progress and closure. MCMI Support: Maintain case statistics and support operational improvements.

Assist in case coordination and teleconsultation assignments.
