You’ll be bringing vital support to the heart of these tight-knit communities, working in and around: 🏰 Berkhamsted 🏙️ The Dacorum District: Hemel Hempstead & Tring 🌳 Potten End, Redbourn, & Cheddington 🏡 Bovingdon, Kensworth, Kings Langley & Pepperstock 🌍 Plus, we’d love applications from neighbouring areas! You will be paid per shift at the following premium rates: 💰 Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.

70 per hour 💰 Weekends (Sat–Sun): £16.50 per hour 🚗 Enhanced Mileage Allowance: £0.45p per mile! ⏰ Shift Patterns We run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle so you can still enjoy everything the local area has to offer: 🌞 Day Shifts: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM 🌙 Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM 💫 Why Join Care By Us?

You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team. ✨ You’ll help with: 💧 Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming 💊 Assisting with medication – preparation and administration 🚶 Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely 🍲 Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support 🧺 Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning 💬 Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships ✨ You’ll also: 🤝 Encourage social engagement and family connections 👀 Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family 📝 Maintain accurate documentation of care provided 🛡️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively 🧩 Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team 🦸 What You’ll Need Hold onto your hats, because you don't need any social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!
