Swedish Match North America develops, manufactures, and sells leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products.

As one of the fastest- growing consumer packaged goods companies, ZYN is the #1 selling nicotine pouch in the U.S. To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities in Eagle Pass, TX.

Your Day- to- Day: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts, including:

• Securing new item distribution
• Executing promotions and merchandising programs
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards
• Leveraging data to develop fact- based customer presentations
• Following established sales call processes
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point- of- sale materials Who We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required
• Experience in non- durable consumer goods sales preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math
• Must reside within the assigned territory
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 What We Offer:
