• Grain Valley, MO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Customer Service, We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Membership Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will encourage potential members to sign up with OOIDA and cross promote our products and services. Membership also processes a variety of member applications and requests. This position provides information to callers, educating them about the Association and its mission. The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) is dedicated to representing and supporting independent truck drivers and small business owners in the trucking industry. We are committed to ensuring our members stay compliant with regulations and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.

Provides general information regarding the trucking industry and some compliance questions. Works and processes membership retention reports, letters and calls. Stays current on industry issues, concerns, changes, benefits and services offered by OOIDA.

Qualifications

Required High School Diploma or GED Microsoft Office Suite experience Helpful Office experience Knowledge of the trucking industry Call center experience Bilingual (English, Spanish)
