Sales Assistant Metzingen

Job Description Dolce&Gabbana is looking for a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in both part-time or fulltime to join our team in Metzingen Outlet. Reporting directly into our Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will be in charge of: Main activities and responsibilities :

• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Advise customers on the entire luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge Key requirements & competencies
• Fluency in English and German. Other languages are considered a plus
• Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
