Construction Laborer / Installer / Field Installer – Training Provided

Williams Distributing is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing Hearth team as a Construction Laborer / Field Installer. No fireplace or construction experience is required... — we will train you.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for steady, year-round employment with opportunities to grow. As a Field Installer, you will receive hands-on training to install manufactured fireplaces and venting systems in newly constructed homes while working alongside an experienced team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
