About the Role

Own a product line within brand's portfolio — turning brand strategy into launches, campaigns and consumer experiences that bring the brand to life in China.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, from concept, positioning and creative briefing through to on-brand, on-time delivery
  • Manage the launch calendar and critical path across formula, packaging, regulatory and go-to-market workstreams, flagging risks early to management
  • Adapt global campaign assets (imagery, digital content, POS/retail materials) to ensure brand consistency with local market relevance Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Digital, E-commerce and Sales teams to ensure seamless online and offline consumer journeys, from awareness to purchase
  • Coordinate with Retail and Education teams on counter/POS execution, training materials and in-store consumer experience
  • Work with external agencies to brief, review and deliver creative and media assets that meet brand and business objectives Performance Tracking
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, market share and competitor activity, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Track and manage the marketing budget and sales forecast for your product line, optimizing spend allocation across channels
  • Prepare regular performance reviews and insight-driven presentations for management and cross-functional stakeholders We Are Looking For An energetic, analytical marketer with strong business acumen. Key skills include:
  • Brand Management & Product Launches expertise, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end launch timelines
  • Consumer Insights & Analytical Skills, able to turn data into sharp business recommendations
  • Digital Marketing knowledge across e-commerce and social/content platforms
  • Solid project management skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities and cross-functional timelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse, multicultural stakeholders What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years in brand/product marketing, ideally in beauty, FMCG or related consumer industries
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a product line end-to-end
