At a Glance Location: Field Based Pay: £40,000 Contract type: Permanent, full-time Hours: 40 hrs per week Reporting to: Field Manager JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION We are looking for experienced Three phase/CT Engineers to join our growing national field team.

You'll be responsible for installing, exchanging and maintaining three phase equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. We've always believed that keeping people engaged means giving them opportunities to learn and develop. That's why, alongside metering activities, you'll also have the opportunity to support services such as communication fault investigations, manual data downloads, site surveys and inspections.

It provides greater variety, helps broaden your skillset and means you'll gain experience across a wider range of industry activities WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH You will report to the Field Manager and work alongside a team of like-minded metering engineers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Installing and exchanging three phase electricity and CT metering equipment Identifying and resolving metering faults Maintaining excellent levels of customer service Completing work safely and in line with industry standards Managing company equipment, stock and vehicle responsibly Ensuring all job information and documentation is completed accurately Working closely with operational and technical support teams Contributing to a positive team culture and sharing best practice WHAT SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE This role suits someone who already has three phase metering experience and is ready to take real ownership of delivering a gold star service What we're looking for: Essential Qualifications MOCOPA Multi-Phase Proven Three Phase and CT Metering experience Desirable Qualifications EUSR Registration Smart Meter Qualifications HH / NHH Metering Experience CT Commissioning Experience Meter Operator experience LV Authorisation REGT1 / Medium Pressure WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE 🌱 3 Months Getting Grounded Confidently delivering Three Phase and CT metering activities while gaining a strong understanding of Bluesky's clients, technical requirements and operational processes.

🌿 6 Months Building Momentum Managing complex installations and fault investigations independently, maintaining exceptional safety and compliance standards and becoming a trusted technical resource within the team. 🌳 12 Months Owning the Role A recognised technical expert who consistently delivers high-quality work, supports continuous improvement initiatives and is relied upon by both colleagues and management for their knowledge and experience.
