Python Developer (ID: 4095)

As a Python Developer, you will: Design and develop Python-based front-end solutions for the Box.com SaaS platform, enabling internal users to manage content securely and efficiently. Build and enhance integrations between Box.com and existing enterprise platforms. Develop applications and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, and Django REST Framework.

Improve the usability, accessibility, and functionality of internal development and collaboration tools. Work with collaboration and portfolio management platforms, including Confluence, Jira Align, and AURA. Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements. Support users, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve platform functionality.

Collaborate with platform teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Contribute to a DevOps environment with end-to-end ownership of development, integration, and ongoing platform support. What You Bring to the Table: 4–6 years of experience in Python development. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Experience developing REST APIs using Django REST Framework or similar technologies. Experience building front-end solutions or user-facing applications that integrate with SaaS platforms. Knowledge of API integrations and connecting applications with enterprise systems. Understanding of application security, data protection, and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with collaboration and content management tools such as Box.com, Confluence, and Jira Align. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You Should Possess the Ability To: Translate technical requirements into user-friendly and effective application solutions.

Develop secure, maintainable, and scalable Python applications. Integrate multiple platforms and ensure reliable data exchange. Identify usability issues and implement improvements to enhance the user experience. Collaborate effectively with developers and platform teams. Take ownership of development tasks, technical issues, and continuous improvements.

Communicate clearly and contribute to an agile, collaborative working environment.
