Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Janitorial Staff member to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. This position is crucial for creating a positive atmosphere and promoting the well-being of everyone who visits our space.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; sanitize surfaces and equipment. Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners as needed. Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Physically capable of lifting and moving items as needed. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
