Maintenance Mechanic 1st Class (2nd Shift)

Alpha Baking Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled 2nd class Mechanic to join our team. This position requires to work 2nd shift and have a strong understanding of bakery equipment and intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and bakery maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will be able to independently perform maintenance work, troubleshoot issues, and determine root causes of failures without requiring guidance.
