Requirements

/ Qualifications The following MUST be included:

• Detailed Resume
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificates (Adult, Child & Infant issued by either American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Online certificates are not accepted.)
• BSIS Guard Card Online application and ALL required documents must be successfully scanned and submitted through the Ed. Join system prior to the posted deadline. Late and incomplete applications and submissions via fax/email/hard copy WILL NOT be accepted. For assistance with applying and scanning documents, please call the Ed. Certification (Guard Card (from BSIS)) CPR/First Aid Certification (Must possess certificates in BOTH First Aid & CPR training) Resume Other (Guard Card) Comments and Other Information
