FS8 Trainer – NEW CONCEPT BLENDING REFORMER PILATES, MAT & STRENGTH MUST HAVE A REFORMER PILATES QUALIFICATION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE Location: FS8 Chelsea Harbour, Chelsea Waterfront, London Pay: £35 per class Hours: Variable hours available FS8 Chelsea Harbour is looking for confident, energetic and experienced trainers to join our coaching team ahead of the opening of our brand-new studio.

We are looking for trainers who are available to teach at least 2 shifts per week, with weekend availability required. ABOUT FS8 FS8 is a dynamic, low-impact group training concept that brings together the best elements of Reformer Pilates, mat-based movement and strength training to create a complete, full-body workout.

Our training style is contemporary, energetic and athletic rather than classical or traditional Pilates. Our coaching team will be the face and driving force behind the FS8 Chelsea Harbour community. We’re looking for trainers who want to become a consistent part of the team, build relationships with our members and genuinely buy into the FS8 training style and community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver high-quality, engaging FS8 group training sessions Coach and demonstrate movements confidently, safely and effectively Provide clear cues, corrections and modifications where appropriate Deliver an exceptional member experience before, during and after every class Build strong relationships with members and contribute to the studio community Maintain high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness and equipment Monitor equipment and report any issues to the studio team Complete required studio procedures and class checklists Participate in selected studio and community events where required Consistently uphold FS8 brand and coaching standards WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Reformer Pilates qualification – essential Minimum 1 year of teaching experience Availability to teach at least 2 shifts per week Weekend availability Comfortable coaching a blend of Reformer, mat-based movement and strength training Confident delivering energetic group classes Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication High energy and enthusiasm Passionate about Pilates, fitness and member experience Reliable, professional and committed Excellent team player Positive, solutions-focused attitude Willingness to learn and embrace the FS8 methodology No egos – we’re building a supportive, collaborative team WHAT WE OFFER £35 per class Full training and onboarding in the FS8 methodology Support and development from our Head Trainer and Senior Trainer A brand-new studio and growing member community The opportunity to join FS8 Chelsea Harbour from launch and become a key part of our coaching team
