Field Labor Coordinator
Job description
The Field Labor Coordinator is a project-level, on-site administrative position supporting workforce operations at an active solar construction site. The role is primarily responsible for timekeeping administration, new employee onboarding, including the use of E-Verify, apprenticeship coordination, Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) compliance reporting, and employee record maintenance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines while working closely with project leadership and field employees. Previous experience in construction administration, payroll, timekeeping, or administrative support is preferred.
