Facilities Operations and Procurement Manager

The Director of Facilities Operations Procurement serves as a key member of the Facilities Management leadership team and reports directly to the Assistant Vice President for Facilities Operations. This position is responsible for the strategic oversight and administration of departmental operations, procurement activities, customer service functions, warehouse operations, mail services, access control systems, fleet management, and administrative support functions.

The Director provides leadership for construction and facilities-related procurement activities, including solicitation development, bidding, contract administration, and compliance with applicable federal, state, PASSHE, and University regulations. The position also oversees operational systems and processes that support the effective management of the University facilities, including space management, work order administration, event support services, inventory control, and key/card access systems.
