CCS/CLTS Facilitator

This position serves children with behavioral health needs who are eligible for the Children Long Term Support (CLTS) and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programs. For this position purposes, the CLTS Waiver Program is a home and community-based program that provides Medicaid funding for children with severe emotional disturbances in their daily activities and need support to remain in their home or community.
