Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular quality checks Assist in the maintenance and organization of electronic and physical files Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes Respond to data inquiries and provide reports as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Support other administrative tasks as required Qualifications Proven experience in data entry or a related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience Candidates with previous experience in data entry or administrative roles will be given preference.
