Sales Order Support Specialist (f/m/n) LOCATION: Krakow / Poland | COMPANY: Knorr-Bremse Polska Sp. z o.o. | DEPARTMENT: R/SHL Sales Support HUB | REQUISITION ID: 11990 | Full-time | Limited | ON-SITE/REMOTE: Hybrid Your Responsibilities Systemic processing of orders from the German market, from receipt to product delivery, Monitoring and ensuring timely order fulfillment, Supervising inventory levels for order fulfillment purposes, Communicating with customers and other Knorr-Bremse locations regarding order status and complaints, Monitoring and controlling accounts receivable.

Our Requirements University degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or a technical field), Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (preferably in customer service, sales, or logistics), Communicative English skills, Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Excel), Knowledge of the SAP system.
