Commissioning Engineer

About The Role

PD&MS Group have a great opportunity for a Commissioning Engineer to join our progressive construction team based in Baku on a long term, full time basis. The role is r equired to carry out commissioning activities and to ensure that all systems are installed in accordance with the approved project designs and specifications and ensure work scopes are carried out on time.

You can be part of our vision! Working Pattern: Employee Fixed-Term Contract / Full-time Please note that candidates must be eligible to work in Azerbaijan at the time of applications. As a Commissioning Engineer you will: C arry out day to day on-site commissioning activities for assigned projects Produce regular project reports and Commissioning Completion Reports on assigned projects Ensure Commissioning is carried out safely in accordance with regulations and procedures Ensure all necessary Commissioning documentation is produced in a timely manner and co-operate with Technical Documentation teams to ensure timely delivery of O & M manuals Obtain buy-in to proposed commissioning plan revisions Achieve fast and effective handovers including the timely delivery of all commissioning documentation, training, etc.)

A ttend / co-ordinate tri-party system walk downs Attend off-site testing and pre-commissioning ac tivities by suppliers or others Co-operate with tight change control procedures on assigned projects Ensure commissioning punchlist is compiled and correct actions are assigned to appropriate person Help to capture, communicate and apply best practice an d knowledge sharing as directed Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner Adherence to the company integrated management system Compliance with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies The role offers: Development opportunities: the opportunity to develop within your technical department, to be appreciated, to work with people who have the same goals and are driven to succeed.

About You

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline P roven experience in a similar role that includes flowlines projects. S ite experience in commissioning procedure and certification (e.g. GOC) Sound commissioning experience both site-based and in planning activities Offshore survival certification (BOSIET/FOET) Strong written and spoken Azerbaijani and English.
