Crew at Harry and Webb

As a crew member, you’re not just taking orders—you’re part of a team that brings the flavor and delivers an awesome customer experience every single day. Whether you’re front and center with our guests or behind the scenes crafting the goods, everyone plays a role in serving up the best tacos in Wichita! We’re looking for people who are hardworking, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and reliable—but also know how to have a good time while getting the job done.

We move fast, stay busy, and keep things fun. If you like high energy and a team that’s got your back, you’ll fit right in. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, plus some pretty great perks: health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance (with options to level up your coverage), a 401(k) with employer matching, flexible schedules, and… yep, you guessed it—FREE TACOS!!!

Come for the job, stay for the tacos (and the team).
