• RN provides clinical, operational, and supervisory leadership for assigned nursing home units during the PM shift. This position is accountable for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of resident care while supporting nursing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting quality outcomes. The Shift Supervisor serves as a clinical resource, problem solver, and decision-maker, collaborating with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure exceptional care and services.
