Bell/Valet - Lodge Tower

Enjoy a job that keeps you moving and puts you right in the middle of Vail Village! Lodge Tower is looking for Bell/Valet personnel to help guests navigate their stay. From luggage assistance and shuttle transportation to local recommendations and reservation support, this is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering dependable service.

What You'll Do

Transporting guest luggage to and from rooms and assisting with arrivals and departures. Driving the property shuttle and assisting guests with local transportation. Coordinating guest requests, including restaurant, transportation, childcare, and activity reservations. Providing local information and assisting with concierge services.

Receiving, tracking, and delivering guest packages and mail. Managing parking passes and assisting with parking logistics. Supporting daily lobby operations and helping with kitchen and breakfast-area needs. • Vail, CO Start Date : 11/9/2026 or ASAP Employment Type : Full-Time, Seasonal Pay Rate : $20.00/ hour + tips Schedule : Full time set schedule with rotating Saturdays Posting Closing Date: 12/15/2026 or until filled Our Ideal Candidate: Important Driving Requirement: This position includes shuttle driving as a regular job responsibility. Due to the driving requirements, this role is not suitable for J-1 Work Travel participants. At least 21 years of age by the start date (for insurance compliance) A valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean background check A high school diploma Strong guest service skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor A detail-oriented, organized approach to work A hardworking, honest, and dependable attitude The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Bell or valet experience (preferred) Familiarity with Vail Village and Vail Mountain (preferred, but not required) Perks and Benefits Include: We offer a 401(K) plan with a discretionary employer match.
