Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Director performs professional level human resources generalist work. Key member of the community’s leadership team. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas – staffing, new hire processing and orientation, employee relations, performance management and compensation administration, payroll, training, safety, employee recognition program administration, workplace investigations, communicating employee benefits, leave administration, ADA interactive process, workers’ compensation claims administration and management and unemployment claims management. Acts as liaison between the community and the corporate office for human resources

Full Time Exempt $93,000 to $113,000 DOE
