Powder Coating Team Lead

TMCO is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Powder Coating Team Lead. This role is responsible for leading nightly operations while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are met.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or powder coating experience required; leadership experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a warm environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly Ability to follow and enforce verbal and written instructions Dependable with strong problem-solving skills Job Duties: Lead and support all aspects of a busy powder coating operation on 3rd shift, including but not limited to: Oversee nightly production and ensure schedules and goals are met Lead, train, and support team members on shift Apply powder coating to parts as needed Ensure proper loading and unloading of parts on the line Monitor part preparation and coating quality Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot issues and communicate with management as needed Assist with packaging and basic assembly when required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Enforce safety policies and procedures Benefits: Paid holidays Vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance plans 401(k) retirement plan with company match Overtime available 3rd Shift Sunday
