DTC eCommerce Operations Manager 💰 $2,000–$3,500 USD/month | Exceptional candidates up to $10,000/month 🌎 Remote | LATAM, Philippines, or Europe | Full-time ⭐ 3+ years DTC/eCommerce operations experience 🔒 Exclusive commitment required About the Opportunity A fast-growing DTC health & wellness eCommerce company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to bring structure, improve processes, and help scale the business.

This is a high-ownership, generalist operations role for someone who can work across teams, identify problems, build solutions, and keep the business organized as it grows. What You’ll Do Own and improve day-to-day business operations. Build, document, and implement SOPs and workflows. Create processes and documentation in Notion.

Coordinate supply chain, logistics, 3PL, fulfillment, and Customer Service. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions. Coordinate cross-functional projects and priorities. Support recruiting, interviewing, and employee onboarding. Ensure employees have the systems and access needed to perform their roles.

Provide operational reporting to executives. Build structure and accountability across departments. What We’re Looking For 3+ years managing operations for a DTC/eCommerce brand. Proven experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational systems. Strong eCommerce management experience. Highly organized with excellent project and process management skills.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solver who works well independently. Strong ownership mentality—you identify problems and solve them. Able to commit exclusively to the company. Strong Plus Experience working inside a scaled DTC brand across multiple functions, including operations, project management, hiring, customer service, fulfillment, supply chain, and reporting.

Previous ownership or management of a direct-response eCommerce brand generating approximately $2M–$5M+ per month, particularly in the supplement space, is highly relevant. Key Skills DTC eCommerce
