What You’ll Do Oversee daily clinic flow to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, weekly payroll, and performance reviews. Develop and implement office policies in alignment with hospital standards. Coordinate financial performance, including reimbursements and operating costs. Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate charge capture and reimbursement. Serve as the liaison between providers, staff, vendors, and hospital departments. Monitor quality measures and implement process improvements. Handle compliance requirements. Resolve customer satisfaction concerns promptly and professionally. Other duties as assigned by Practice Administrator Requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of office management experience in a healthcare setting. Must be willing to travel between 3 locations- Knoxville, Lenoir City and Sevierville. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of billing processes, scheduling, and healthcare compliance.
