Mechanical Assembly Lead

As a Mechanical Assembly Lead, you will lead the mechanical build of Convergix’s automation systems from concept through commissioning. Working closely with Engineering and the greater Convergix team, you will plan assembly sequencing, review designs for manufacturability, and lead the build of complete machine mechanical systems — including fixtures, tooling, end effectors, and cell layouts — in a collaborative environment.

You will coach and mentor Mechanical Assembly Technicians and Apprentices, lead root-cause resolution on assembly issues and non-conformances, and perform onsite troubleshooting, adjustment, and service work for Convergix’s automation systems.
