Supervisor Workers Comp Claims- Southwest

Copper. Point has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Workers Comp Claims. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of workers’ compensation claims professionals, driving performance, accountability, quality claims management, and exceptional customer service. You will lead claims adjusters across multiple experience levels, as well as administrative staff, while partnering with a regional team supporting the Southwest.

We are seeking a dynamic leader with in-depth workers’ compensation claims handling expertise in some or all of the following jurisdictions: AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, TX, OK, MO, KS, FL, GA, NC, SC, as well as additional eastern states.
