🛠️ Operate equipment such as saws, drills, punches, and routers 🔩 Assemble window components, including insulated glass and hardware 🔍 Inspect products to ensure high-quality standards are met 📦 Package finished products for shipment 🧠 Identify issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts 🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment 📌 Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 📘 Ability to read and follow work instructions and production orders ➕ Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, and decimals) 📏 Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch 🏋️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly 🚶 Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift 🤝 Strong teamwork, attendance, and reliability 🎯 Quality-focused with a commitment to safety 💬 Customer-focused mindset and goal-oriented approach 🧩 Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills 🛠️ Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus What We Offer At MITER Brands, we invest in your health, wealth, and wellness.
