Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in January 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the financial industry as an Assistant Manager. That experience helped develop my passion for helping people, building relationships, and guiding others toward achieving their goals. Giving back to the community is a major priority for our agency.

We support local elementary school food programs, youth sports teams, recreational leagues, the local food bank, the local car museum, and various community organizations. We believe in investing in the community that has supported us throughout the years. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
