Kneaders Bakery & Cafeis currently looking for a talented part-timeAssistant Bread Baker.We are looking for an individual who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, community & as we are! In the role ofAssistant Bread Baker, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team who will offer a unique menu selection of artisan, sweet, & seasonal breads all baked with honest, whole ingredients.

A successful Assistant Bread BakeratKneaders Bakery & Cafe must possess:

• Proven track record of demonstrating superhero abilities in the kitchen from following recipes to paying close attention to additional details to create one-of-a-kind breads. Lifting large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies all weighing 50 lbs. or more.
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required
• The ability to work through change & be able to be flexible all while keeping a close eye on what's cooking!
• The schedule availability to work afternoons/nights. Bread Baking shifts start around 11 am - 7 pm, plus a shift onSunday (when the store is closed). During holiday seasons the Bread Baking team schedule may flex into overnight shifts too

A successful Assistant Bread BakeratKneaders Bakery & Cafe need to be qualified with:

• Large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right person!)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus!
• Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required

Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the role of Bread Baker at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe.
