Executive & Social Media Support About the Client Campbell is the Vice President of Partnerships and works across business growth, partnerships, sales, technology, finance, and strategy. He has built and led teams that have helped companies grow from early-stage businesses to more than $65M in revenue. His work focuses on helping founders, SaaS companies, and private equity groups close more deals, improve business systems, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
He is also actively involved with Energy Advantage, focusing on process improvement and growth, as well as Enduring Advantage, where the focus is on identifying and implementing sustainability projects with the right partners and at the right pace. His areas of expertise include: Revenue growth strategies Lead generation and client acquisition Sales process optimization Business growth and strategy ESG and sustainability strategies Partnerships and business development Role Overview The client is looking for a reliable and collaborative Virtual Assistant who can provide a combination of administrative, social media, content, graphic design, and meeting support.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across different types of tasks, taking direction, managing priorities, and proactively supporting the client’s day-to-day activities. This is initially a 10-hour-per-week engagement, which will also allow the client to assess the VA’s skills, working style, and overall fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Support The VA will assist with the client’s social media presence, particularly with content and visual assets.

Creating and preparing social media content Designing graphics for social media posts Formatting and scheduling posts as needed Maintaining consistency in the client’s brand and visual style Supporting the development of content ideas Repurposing existing information into social media content Following brand guidelines and preferred styles once established The current expected volume is approximately 2–4 posts per week.
The client will provide additional brand guidelines and direction once the VA is onboarded. 2. Administrative & Executive Support The VA will provide general administrative assistance to help the client stay organized and focused on higher-level business activities. Potential responsibilities include: Inbox/email management Organizing and prioritizing information Administrative follow-ups Preparing information needed for meetings Helping organize meeting materials Managing or coordinating meeting-related tasks Supporting other recurring administrative tasks as needed 3. Meeting Preparation The VA will assist primarily with meeting preparation, rather than cold outreach or email outreach.

Graphic Design & Content Creation The VA should be comfortable creating professional and visually appealing content for social media. The candidate should be able to: Create simple to moderately complex social media graphics Work with templates and existing brand assets Maintain visual consistency Adapt content for different social media formats Use good judgment when selecting layouts, visuals, and formatting Advanced graphic design is not necessarily required, but the candidate should have a good eye for presentation and branding.
Required Skills
& Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Strong administrative and organizational skills Experience with social media content creation Basic to intermediate graphic design skills Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to work independently and follow instructions Good research and information-gathering skills Strong time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with the client Professional judgment and a proactive attitude Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly Preferred Candidate Profile The client is looking for someone who is: Collaborative Reliable and organized Proactive and resourceful Detail-oriented Adaptable Comfortable taking direction and feedback Able to work independently when given a task Professional and responsive Comfortable supporting a busy executive/business leader Willing to learn and adapt to the client's preferred processes and working style The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in every area but should be versatile and willing to learn.
Tools & Technology The client has not specified a mandatory software stack yet. Candidates should ideally be comfortable learning and working with: Email and inbox management tools Social media platforms Graphic design/content creation tools such as Canva Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Calendar and meeting-management tools Spreadsheets and online documents AI tools for research, content creation, and productivity (Gemini or Claude) Note: Specific tools and platforms will be confirmed once the VA is selected and onboarded.
Social Media Requirements Approx. 2–4 posts per week Content creation and graphic design are the primary requirements The VA will support the client's business/personal professional social media presence as directed Brand guidelines will be provided after hiring The client expects the VA to maintain consistency with the established brand and preferred style Working Hours Minimum of 10 hours per week Part-time engagement Schedule can be flexible The VA should be able to accommodate the client's preferred working hours/time zone when needed The initial 10-hour commitment will allow the client to assess the VA's performance and fit Success in the Role A successful VA will help Campbell: Save time on administrative tasks Stay organized and prepared for meetings Maintain a consistent social media presence Produce quality content and graphics Reduce the amount of routine work requiring his direct attention Keep tasks moving without requiring constant supervision Provide reliable and collaborative day-to-day support Ideal Candidate Summary The ideal candidate is a versatile, proactive, and collaborative Virtual Assistant with strong administrative skills, social media/content experience, and basic graphic design capabilities.
They should be comfortable supporting a senior business professional, managing multiple priorities, preparing for meetings, creating 2–4 social media posts per week, and taking ownership of assigned tasks. A candidate who can think ahead, communicate clearly, stay organized, and learn quickly would be a strong fit for this role.
