About this role: As Fleet Manager, you will own the maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle of PlusAI's mixed fleet, spanning distinct vehicle types including autonomous Class 8 semi-trucks, passenger cars, and trailers.

You will build and run a preventative maintenance program that maximizes uptime, keep the fleet audit-ready under DOT, FMCSA, California regulatory requirements, and manage every asset from acquisition and leasing through registration, insurance, and disposal. Working closely with AV hardware and software teams, vehicle operations, and external repair shops and mobile mechanics, you will adapt traditional fleet practices to the demands of autonomous trucking.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong vendor and cross-functional leadership, and a safety- and compliance-first mindset.
