Exercise Specialist

Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Purpose: Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer PRN position at St Mary’s Wellness Center in Athens, GA.

What you will do

Develop and implement exercise programs for clients of the Wellness Center Supervise exercise therapy in various wellness center programs (including Cardiac rehab/Post rehab) Currently client load that supports 30-32hrs weekly between personal training and post rehabilitation exercise sessions.

What you will need

Education

Must have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, health promotion or related area with a major emphasis in exercise science, physical education, or kinesiology. Experience : Must have at least 1yr Exercise Specialist experience in healthcare setting. Prefer experience in both clinical settings and gym Certifications: Personal Training Certification (NASM or other) ­­­­ Position Highlights:
