Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus for Eligible Candidates Baptist Health is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Services Team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville.

This is a full-time day shift position, working 36 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and participate in the required call rotation. As a CVOR Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting cardiovascular surgeons and the operating room team by maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures for open heart and cardiovascular cases.

As a CVOR Surgical Technologist, your responsibilities include: Assemble, organize, and maintain a sterile field for cardiovascular operative procedures Anticipate the surgeon's needs throughout each procedure and prepare instruments and supplies accordingly Ensure proper handling and disposition of surgical specimens and instruments Collaborate with the surgical team to minimize anesthesia time and promote patient safety Prepare, clean, and restock the operating room between procedures Participate in the required weekday and weekend call rotation Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of e xperience with Open Heart Procedures required Education & Credential Requirements: High school diploma required Basic Life Support (BLS) required This CVOR Surgical Technologist opportunity is located at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville.
