Moeller Aerospace is looking for a passionate Lean Champion to drive continuous improvement across our aerospace manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

Lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and SMED. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Coach and develop employees at all levels on Lean principles and structured problem-solving.

Analyze production data, remove bottlenecks, and implement sustainable improvements. Track key performance metrics and help shape the site's continuous improvement roadmap.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field ✅ 3+ years of manufacturing experience; aerospace experience is a plus ✅ Strong Lean and continuous improvement expertise ✅ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred ✅ A “no job too small” attitude with a genuine passion for being physically present on the production floor ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and change-management skills ✅Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work (such as floor taping and moving equipment) throughout the day Why Choose Moeller Aerospace?
