RN Hospice

Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the RN Hospice Field is responsible for providing quality care to patients with Gulfside Healthcare Services, in the field. The field includes patients who reside in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes. The RN Hospice Field utilizes assessment, intervention, and education to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life for the patient/family.

The RN Hospice Field oversees and case manages the needs of the patients assigned to them. This includes providing supervision for the LPN’s and CNA’s, and other assigned staff in the field. The RN Hospice Field is responsible for maintaining his/her own clinic
