Home Care Supervisor

Home and Community Services (HCS) Supervisor access Abilities is a nonprofit agency that provides in-home and community-based services to people with disabilities. We are seeking a full-time Home and Community Services (HCS) Supervisor to join our team in the Export, PA area. Supervisory responsibilities include maintaining electronic client records; recruiting and interviewing candidates; coaching caregiver staff; responding to phone inquiries; and conducting performance evaluations.

This position also participates in an “on-call” rotation. T he HCS Supervisor also supports the growth of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities program.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years caregiver experience with individuals with disabilities OR Associate Degree in Special Education, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, or related field and one (1) year of experience working with people with disabilities OR Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year prior experience working with people with disabilities Valid driver’s license/auto insurance and ability to travel utilizing personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement) Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances Preferred Qualifications: Prior Supervisory experience How to Apply !
