Job Description To act as Registrar and Paying Agent role which able to efficient process the Bond transactions correctly,within agreed standard turnaround time and comply with the operation procedure manual and local laws and regulations. To register related Bond transactions To act as paying agent on behalf of the Issuer in accordance to Registrar Agreement To co-ordinate with the Revenue Department for related tax documents To gather the Bondholders’ information from the Underwriter To provide the Bondholders’ information for Thailand Securities Depository Co, Ltd.

(TSD) and The Thai Bond Market Associate (ThaiBMA) To prepare and produce Bond Certificates To submit relevant reports to the issuer To calculate interest payables and any related tax payables To make interest payments for and on behalf of the Issuer To fill in related Tax Payment Forms to be submitted to the Revenue Department To deliver to Bondholders the interest payments, in forms of corporate cheques, together with the withholding tax form, by registered mails To attend and provide business requirement with the key projects as IVS related.
