Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Central Oregon Ability Advocates of Oregon LLC Ability Advocates of Oregon is seeking a compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the La Pine area. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference by helping individuals live independently, safely, and with dignity in their community.

Responsibilities

Provide support with daily living activities (ADLs) such as hygiene, meals, and mobility. Support community involvement and skill-building Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and all care instructions Accurately complete documentation and service notes Monitor and report any changes in health, behavior, or safety Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Requirements Required: Client has medical needs.

Must be comfortable being trained on medical supports. Reliable, consistent attendance is required Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and follow direction.
