Radiographer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiographer to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will perform routine radiographic procedures independently, adhering to departmental policies and ensuring high-quality patient care. Perform a range of radiographic examinations to produce high-quality images. Prepare and position patients for radiological procedures while considering their physical and psychological needs.

Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff through best practices in radiation protection. Ensure accurate documentation of imaging identification and patient records. Assist in complex radiological examinations under the supervision of Radiologists and senior staff. Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment and manage inventory of radiology supplies.

Adhere to infection-control policies and emergency protocols. Provide clear explanations to patients to reduce anxiety and gain cooperation. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Radiography, Radiology Technology, or Medical/Diagnostic Imaging program. Minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification experience in the general radiology field.

Strong knowledge of radiation protection techniques and imaging protocols. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient care. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal, professional, and organizational standards.
