Senior Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities

Coordination of work sequence and interfacing details between BS installation and builder’s works requirement; Monitoring the progress and quality control for BS submission; Lead and organize project meeting for Building Services and Utilities Coordination; Monitoring site work progress, workmanship and safety standard for BS installation Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group Requirements HD or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline; At least 6 years' relevant experience in building services coordination / installation in Civil / Building projects Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage;
