Intake Coordinator/Manager

As the Intake Coordinator/Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Intake Department in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. You will ensure cases are accurately monitored, processed, and transferred into the Fam. Care database. You will distribute daily census reports, court documentation, population movement sheets, and other required paperwork.

You will supervise, train, and support Intake staff, ensuring all intake and release procedures are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with contract requirements and company standards. You will need to remain organized, responsive, and calm while managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
